I expected a normal room but it was more like an apartment - very large! I know Zaragoza well and I like walking so for me the location is great. (Some I guess would say it`s a bit far from the city center.) For me it was better to put my things away in the room quickly and not needing a taxi to get to a hotel. I was travelling by train on this trip. The hotel is part of the large station building, but you don`t notice the traffic. The price was lower than what I paid for smaller rooms in Madrid and Barcelona. Great value for money.

It is a huge hotel! that means it could take you 10 minutes just to walk from your room to outside of this building, because it is a part of this huge highspeed train station complex, which also includes a bus terminal, shops, rent car companies, restaurants, etc. The downside is because it is above the train tracks, you will feel vibrations when a train arrives or departs from the station. Room is clean and modern. Staff is friendly. It is also far from the old city, one has to find transportation to it, either can or bus.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. There was also a large desk (for us, simply useful to put things on!), sofa and armchairs. The bathroom was also spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. There is a bus stop is right outside the hotel, and the buses into the city centre are frequent (cash required, or city travel card for multi use). Some noise from the main road outside, but a low hum, didn't bother us. The city of Zaragoza itself.

Good location next to train station (but further from city centre), but its what we were looking for this time. Large rooms all correct. Staff friendly but maybe understaffed, there was decent queue at check-in/check-out, I called reception for getting an iron board and it took 10 min just to pick up (and in the end they didnt have the iron board, which sounded more like I dont have time to get it). But they were very friendly and helpful of where to go and how to get around in the city.

Well Organized and clean properly Located in a very good location which is the station itself, so no headache to reach the station after checking out Staff was haply and helpful Snacks in the little fridge gave the taste of the caring system , we run out of water but the little paper bottles in the frigate saved the day Very good view through the balcony to the other new side of Zaragoza We liked it
